Deanna Carleton
Deanna joined the Fire & Flood team just over a year ago, bringing with her an impressive 20 years of industry experience and a deep appreciation for hands-on, detail-driven work. Growing up on a farm just north of Saskatoon helped shape her strong work ethic and respect for caring for belongings (values that shine through in everything she does!)
As our Soft Goods Specialist and a certified Esporta Operator, Deanna is responsible for restoring all soft contents that come through our facility after floods, fires, and other losses. From bedding and clothing to stuffed animals and other sentimental items, she takes pride in returning each piece as good as new. One of her favourite parts of the job is seeing the before-and-after transformation and knowing the difference her work makes for families during a difficult time.
Deanna also plays a huge role in our Coats for Kids program, ensuring every coat, scarf, and mitten is cleaned and restored with care so it can be passed along looking and feeling like new. Her behind-the-scenes expertise has a meaningful impact on both our clients and the wider community.
Outside of work, Deanna is a proud mom of two, a big Harley-Davidson fan, and someone who truly loves lake life. When she’s not enjoying time outdoors, she’s likely hanging out with her cat, Tequila, or her grand-puppy, Duke.
