Job Description:

As a Coordinator, you will be overseeing and coordinating construction projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing various tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Some other duties are:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets based on scope, materials, and labour
  • Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate pricing
  • Track project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
  • Support field teams by providing necessary project documentation
  • Maintain up-to-date records of project costs and change orders
  • Communicating with Fire & Flood Project managers and helping meet KPI within various systems
  • Onsite inspections and measurements
  • Computer-based software data input and communications with external partners
  • Email and Phone call communication to monitor, track, and update our clients on the status of projects
  • Advise on monthly reports to improve overall Fire & Flood POMS / Timelines

  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost analysis

Requirements:

  • A copy of your driver’s license and criminal record check are required upon hire (Required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Construction experience (Preferred)
  • Experience with Xactimate, Encircle and XactAnalysis (Preferred)
  • Microsoft 365

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,400.00-$72,000.00 per year
